Brittany Griffith is a Family Law Associate who supports our divorce and family law team at Henrickson & Sereebutra. She is passionate about supporting her community and worked as a Student Ambassador and David Hricik’s Research Assistant while pursuing her Juris Doctor at Mercer University School of Law.
During her graduate studies, she was involved in various student groups such as:

- Mercer Technology and Intellectual Property Society
- Georgia Association of Black Women Law Students
- Phi Delta Phi Academic Fraternity
- Mercer University School of Law Student Ambassador
- Mercer Advocacy Council
She interned with Jas Talks Law, LLC in 2021 where she processed trademark applications and ensure compliance with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office's specifications. Following this fruitful learning experience about intellectual property, Griffith served as a Real Estate Closing Agent with McManamy Mcleod & Heller until February 2022. She joined Henrickson & Sereebutra as a Family Law Associate in June 2022.
Griffith values clear and compassionate communication with her client and is dedicated to finding a personalized solution to meet their needs and goals. A problem solver at heart, she has significant experience in process management and is always looking for ways to learn more about the law and hone her skills to better serve her community.
